How to decide where to Invest.

Ask anybody how they bought their first share, then you will always get a logical answer. Think that you are going to a party and there is food available in front of you on the table, which you have never tasted before or you do not know anything about it. What will you do?  Will you take a big spoon and fill all the food stuff in the mouth or take a small spoon and test it. The second approach seems more logical. 

In the same way, if you do not have much knowledge of the stock market or are less then buying 10 shares is better than buying 100 shares directly for the first time. There are lots of advantages to making small investments. I mean to say that you are a new investor, so keep your initial investment low. I also started my initial investment from 2000 rupees because my purpose was to learn and not gain profit.

Let's take a look at the worst scenario before we go to a good scenario. It is a very rare case that you lose the 100% amount of your initial investment amount. It is possible that your initial investment will not be conducive to your expectation due to which your initial investment will fall or be half. If there is a loss of 15 to 20%, this will not have much effect on your financial status, but this will give you a lot of learning.

But if your shares perform well according to your expectation and you earn profit on your investments, then it will double your enthusiasm.

How to make your first investment.

Those who are new investors, often face such questions, which companies I choose to invest in. If I talk to myself, then the first question in front of me was this. At that time I did not have much knowledge of stock market or experience, but if we use our little common sense, then we will soon find the answer to this question. We use products that we love most every day in our daily lives and we grew up listening to the names of those product manufacturer companies. Sometimes we do free marketing for these companies  and encourage other people to use these products. But do we ever think about investing in them. Only a few of us may think so. Let us look at the list of some famous companies and their products.

Bank- Hdfc bank,Icici bank,Sbi bank.

Commercial vehicle- Maruti, Tata Motor,M&M,Eicher Motor.

Fmcg- ITC Limited,HUL, Britannia Industries.

Telecom- Bharti Airtel,Idea,Reliance Jio.

Oil and Gas- Reliance Industries,ONGC,HOCL,BPCL.

Apart from these, there is many companys whose products are very popular. I mean to say that a company that has been running for many years whose products are so popular among the people who have such a good customer base, whose reach is up to the people of every category, whose management is so good, why not the company Be selected for investment. For a new investor can not be a better option than these companies.

Stillness- We understood what companies we should choose for investment. The second most important question is how long should we invest. A successful investor always choose long investment. It is important to be consistent in the investment. 

It is not necessary that the market moves will be always the same. Some time you get good share at discount price and some time you get on a premium price, so that continuous investment can be reconciled between them. The chances of being successful will be as much as you give your investment time.

Your first investment is a challenge for you, it will give you something or teach something. You need not only start your investment but also keep on continuing it.
